Frank Valiant:

A creative agency located in the heart of Malmö, Sweden. Driven by their motto “We explain complex things in simple, exciting ways.” Frank Valiant combines storytelling and visual communication to help companies deliver their brand messages in the most effective way.

My role: Art Director, Project Manager, Digital Media Designer.

THE Experience:

Upon joining Frank Valiant, I knew I was in for a ride. Being part of the small team, I enjoyed supporting and collaborating with my colleagues to discover the best ways to visualize the client’s products and optimize the production process while doing so. In addition, I continuously pushed my creative boundaries, expand my knowledge and learn how companies and products operate. These acquired skills helped me find the best visual language and storytelling techniques to explain the products we were introducing.

I was promoted to an Art Director role. Which meant being part of the projects in the development phase. That helped me be more involved in the client’s story and visual deliverables, and increased my capacity to understand the production team needs and allowed the space to push the project visual language. All of that meant delivering outputs that would serve the creative appetite of both the clients and the Frank Valiant team.

Outcome: 

During my time with Frank Valiant I worked with a range of clients, including Atlas Copco and Folktandvården. I focused on developing my communication skills, which helped strengthen collaborative relationships with my colleagues, and trusting partnership with the clients. These skills resulted in the achievement of great deliverables and successful projects, and a strong sense of pride amongst everyone involved.

Combining the skill set of a diverse group of creatives, I worked hands-on and led the delivery of various cross-media projects, including sales presentations, websites, webinars, video trailers, brochures, SoMe contents, video games and Corporate films.

Atlas copco -Tensor Ixb

THE BRIEF

Tensor IxB is the latest industrial innovation from Atlas Copco, a collection of assembly tools with an integrated controller.

THE PROJECT:

Being part of Frank Valiant agency, I worked closely with the Chief Creative Director Gustaf Ström and the Atlas Copco team creating the story. I directed the creative team and facilitated the communication with the client through this project. It involved everything from Concept Design, Art Direction, 3D and live Production, Compositing, Motion Graphics, Storytelling, Online Games, Graphic Design, B2B Marketing and advertising, Script writing, Directing, Filming and Editing.

THE EXPERIENCE:

This project was one of the biggest marketing campaigns Atlas Copco have embarked on, and Frank Valiant was the trusted agency to bring it to life! It was important to me to be up to this new challenge. All while directing, managing and facilitating a creative team together with the client remotely due to the pandemic during 2020 and early 2021!

THE BRIEF

Atlas Copco is a leader in industrial innovation, and they continue to develop innovative ways of handling all types of joining at every stage in the EV production stage.

THE PROJECT:

Being part of Frank Valiant agency, I directed the creative team through this project and collaborated with the client to create the concept and the story. This project involved Concept Design, Art Direction, 3D Production, Compositing, Motion Graphics, Storytelling, Screenwriting, Filming and editing.

THE EXPERIENCE:

Going into this project, one thing was clear: there was no "clear" brief! Electro-mobility is a changing industry with new trends and innovations everyday and no clear pipeline.

It was my time to nerd up, wear my engineer suit and learn about electric batteries, while working closely with the client and different engineers to build and imagine a clear vision and story with a pleasing aesthetic.

Role: Art Director, Concept development

Outputs: Sales presentation, video trailer, script, and SoMe contents.
